The Principles of Success Coaching Program is a very comprehensive, business acceleration coaching program. This program was designed for small to mid-sized business owners and sales professionals who are very driven to achieve their business goals. The participants of Principles of Success understand that long-term planning and working “on” their businesses is required for optimum growth and profitability. The Principles of Success Coaching Program provides 36 coaching sessions per 12 month period. That is THREE power packed sessions per month. Two sessions are focused on business growth principles and one session per month is focused on the professional development of the leader.
The Breakthrough Success Coaching Program was developed specifically for the solo-preneur or small business owner and sales professional who is serious about business success, growth and profitability, but may not have the budget or time for a “full-on” coaching program. Sherí was adamant about providing a program at a price every single person who had a dream of being successfully self-employed or fully responsible for developing their own revenue could afford.

She started her first profitable business at 5. At 15, she owned a lawn care business, employing teens to do the work. In the early 1970’s she started one of the first handy-woman businesses, quietly borrowing her father’s tools to jump start the road to profit. In the last 30 years, she has bought and sold numerous businesses achieving impressive breakthrough successes, in spite of many paralyzing personal odds.
Sheri’ began speaking at 21 to audiences of hundreds on the topic of self-employment and business success. Surprised herself by the energy and the power she had to convey complex principles and motivate a crowd of executives to action, Sheri’ learned early that she had a special gift that could (and has) impacted thousands of careers and businesses.
Her commanding presence and stunning ability to present a bold, palpable vision and concept, empowers, inspires and motivates an “Of course, we can!” conviction, strengthening client and team capacity. Leveraging this energy and her passion for potential, she inspires massive momentum to unprecedented levels of achievement.
Sheri’ has been awarded numerous businesswoman of the year awards. Within the last year, Sheri’ has been featured in two business books, was awarded an international businesswoman of the year award and a national enterprising woman award.
Sheri’ is a native of Tampa, Florida where she raised three beautiful children. She volunteers her time to educate and mentor business owners and leaders to achieve greatness, next-level business and personal bests. Sheri’ is the Board President for PACE Center for Girls and supports fundraising for multiple non-profits empowering and rehabilitating disadvantaged women and children. Her company hosts “Glitz, Glam & Fashion!” an annual fundraiser, donating 100% of the profits to qualifying organizations.
